What services do you offer?

We currently provide the following exclusive services:

➡︎ In-Home Cat Visits: Personalized care to feed, play, and provide companionship for your cat in the comfort of their home

Can I visit the facilities before booking?

Of course! We understand how important it is to trust who’s caring for your pet. We offer pre-visits to our Dog Hotel and trial sessions to ensure your furry friend feels comfortable.

What if my dog doesn’t get along with others?

No worries! We provide supervised introductions tailored to each personality. If your pup needs more space, we have separate areas to ensure their comfort.

What’s included in the Dog Hotel service?

Your dog will enjoy:

➡︎ 3-5 daily walks, minimum.

➡︎ A private park for running and playing freely.

➡︎ Activities tailored to their energy level and preferences.

➡︎ A calm environment with soothing music and cozy beds.

➡︎ Daily updates with photos and videos to keep you in the loop.

➡︎ And, a special goodbye gift at the end of their stay!

Care & Well-Being

What should I bring to the Dog Hotel?

➡︎ Medications, if needed, along with detailed instructions.

What type of supervision do you offer?

We’re with the pets 24/7. They’re never alone and are always under careful supervision to ensure their safety and happiness.

What happens if my pet gets sick during their stay?

In case of an emergency, we have direct contact with the Ospedale Veterinario and an immediate action plan. We’ll keep you informed of any situation and act quickly to care for your furry friend.

What payment methods are available?

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, we understand plans can change. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or modify your booking.

Do you offer discounts for long stays or recurring bookings?

Absolutely! We provide exclusive discounts for:

➡︎ Stays longer than 7 days.

➡︎ Regular clients receive gifts, discounts and exclusive services

Preparation & Requirements

Do you accept dogs of all breeds and sizes?

Yes, we welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages, as long as they’re up-to-date on vaccinations and either social or manageable in a controlled environment.

Can I book a last-minute walk or visit?

Depending on availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For last-minute services, please contact us via WhatsApp.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad during walks?

Your pet’s safety and comfort are our priority. If the weather isn’t suitable for long walks, we provide indoor activities or sheltered play areas to keep them active and happy.

What if I’m late picking up my pet?

We understand delays happen. Just let us know in advance. For delays over 3 hours, a small additional fee may apply.

How can I stay updated on my pet’s day at the Dog Hotel?

We’ll send daily updates with photos and videos, as well as details about their activities, meals, and walks. It’s like being there with them!

Do you offer personalized services?

Absolutely. From private walks to customized menus at the Dog Hotel, we adapt to your pet’s unique needs.
